Quarry law
The crown rules foreign war and roads; It has limited direct authority over mines. While the Sworn Ones oppose the opening of the ancient roads, the Openers seek cooperation with Ordan.
Canonical record
Kar-Dur Mountain Dwarves live around stone records, oaths, and the law of the hearth. A surname carries not only inheritance but also unfinished duties and debts.
The Crown Forges are military-aristocratic, the Deep Masters are economic-technical, and the Surface Dwarves are cosmopolitan cultures. Kar-Dur is not the state of all dwarves.

Traits
Dwarven Resistance. Has advantage on saves against poison.
Forged Oath. Gives an oath sign to a beater ally as an action. For 1 minute, the target gains advantage against fear and deals 4 (1d8) additional force damage on its first successful attack.
Stone Stance. The beater has the advantage against being knocked down and forced to move while touching the ground.
Actions
Multi Attack. The Beater makes two attacks with his oath hammer.
Oath Hammer. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 1.5 m., one target. Hit: 10 (1d10 + 3 plus 1d4) crushing and thunder damage.
Anvil Echo (Recharge 5–6). Creatures in the 15-foot cone make a GM 14 Endurance save. On a failure, he takes 18 (4d8) thunder damage and is pushed 10 feet; Takes half damage on a success.
