Dragonborns
Dragonborn are not the only nation on Odraka. While the Crimson Saar associates ancient dragondom with honor and service, the Jewel Oath rejects dragondom through discipline of mind.
Two crowns
The Red Saar holds volcano strongholds; The monasteries and city councils of the Jewel Oath interpret dragon inheritance as a responsibility rather than a right to rule.
Canonical record
The Dragonborn are not a single nation. While the Red Saar recognizes the right of dragonkind to rule, the Jewel Oath rejects dragon domination and emphasizes discipline of mind.
Dragonborn lineage memory is conveyed through family narratives, tombstones, and in some communities, fragments of actual sensory memories. Chromatic, metallic and gem heritages may determine political identity but not personality or morality.
