Grimlocks

Depth communities that live by reading the vibration of stones, air and steps rather than sight.

In Grimlock cultures, silence is not absence; It is a detailed language that the ground tells. Surface sources often falsely dehumanize them; whereas knowledge of passages, prey, and vibrations is essential to the survival of many underground cities.

Canonical record

Grimlock cities are designed not by visual cues but by ground texture, airflow, and echo. Their blindness is not accepted as a deficiency but as a different perception of space.

Loud voices are considered aggression. Wall reliefs are means of writing and vibration wells are means of communication. All underground states need Grimlocks because of their knowledge of earthquakes.
