Sabotaging the common system is the most serious crime. While surface cities consider Kobolds to be lowly workers, they cannot operate their ducts and vents without them.

Features
Tunnel Pass. The engineer can pass through openings one size smaller than himself without getting stuck.
Common Maintenance. Structures and objects within 10 feet gain resistance to the Engineer's attacks.
Actions
Key Spear. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 1.5 m., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) piercing damage.
Pressure Relief (Recharge 5–6). It is 9 meters long and 1.5 meters wide and releases hot steam. Creatures make a GM 13 Agility save; On a failure it takes 14 (4d6) fire damage and is pushed 10 feet, on a success it takes half damage.
Emergency Valve (1/Day). The engineer remotely intervenes in a mechanical lock, door or environmental mechanism that he can see and opens, closes or disables it for a while.
