Satyrs
Horned wanderers who guard the bonds, music, and law of hospitality around the Fey gateways.
Rootbeyond and the guest-word
Satyr traditions connect to Rootbeyond most strongly through hospitality law: a gate remains a road only while host, traveller, and living threshold accept the same account. Some vineyard villages owe an old festival debt to a free court; others were born in Avarra and uphold that law without ever seeing a gate. Song is a witness to a promise, not a key that forces a door.
Canonical record
Satyrs live in Altıngüneş, around Thorn Crown and in independent vineyard villages. Festival cultures are not frivolity, but a controlled discharge of debts, conflicts and social pressure.
Music can be a tool of legal testimony, sarcasm a tool of political criticism. Silencing a Satyr community means removing public scrutiny, not entertainment.
