Eram’s Root Covenant Lineages
Eram taught that God did not give the first word to everyone at once, but entrusted it to households able to carry it. For the Root Covenant Lineages, the question is not God’s distance but whose hands kept the trust.
These closed communities read belonging through founding maternal lines, accepted marriage chains, and family books. It is not a racial rule, but entry from outside is almost impossible. Faith is recognized not through baptism or declaration, but through testimony carried across generations.
Root Tablets, birth-and-death records, and exile routes are kept together in Root Covenant homes. An elder is not an absolute religious ruler, yet holds grave authority over which name a lineage bears, who inherits, and who may pray at a grave.
Other Vardûni traditions call this way proud and suffocating. Its members say the open call has placed a guarded word in the market. Their greatest present crisis is a ledger lost in war and newly found: it may return thousands of excluded people to the covenant line.
