Hollow Ring and Foundry Line

In these linked underground hollows, air, light and casting order are political rights. One silent chimney can stop bread in three districts.

Table-facing places

  • Ruin Bowl: A sheltered hollow where Ruinbound communities build new homes from stone and metal remnants.
  • Six Echoes: Small halls where Gith mediators hear cases through returning sound.
  • Blind Hearth: A foundry village jointly run after shifts by Gnoll and Worg worker households.
  • Stone Curtain: A pass quarter where Medusa and Gargoyle carvers make light-breaking facades.

Order and livelihood

Air is common, but chimney upkeep earns a watch right. Ruinbound repair, Gith mediate, Gnoll and Worg haul and track, and Medusae and Gargoyles work stone. Each contributes a distinct craft without being reduced to it.

Pressure and hooks

The Hollow Ring Council backs open watches; Black Anvil contractors want to close the line. A broken air meter becomes a shift fight, chimney closure and evacuation.

  • A decision at Six Echoes is heard before it is made.
  • Blind Hearth’s casting mould vanishes before wages can be paid.
  • Stone Curtain’s new face changes more than the light.
