Hadozee
A winged people working on high masts, ropes, and shore structures who pass on seamanship through family workshops.
Place in Avarra
Flying Rope is a small but open settlement in Rift Lakes and Harbours, established around Odraka rift lakes. It is not a separate kingdom viewed from outside; it is a village or quarter node tied to neighbouring roads, markets, and common law.
City life and diaspora
In Mazaros, Hadozee households participate in masts, nets, and rescue crews without being confined to a single “foreign quarter.” Someone arriving from the village can find kin, an apprenticeship, a guest bed, or a partner; city-born people maintain regular ties to Flying Rope.
Living together
Hadozee are not reduced to one temperament, profession, or politics. Local agreements, access needs, and safety practices are made explicit so difference remains part of ordinary life. Their visible expertise is masts, nets, and rescue crews, but it is never anyone’s compulsory destiny.
